Christmas Eve Jammie!  

I love these two so much!

Our family Treasures!  Merry Christmas to our family! we are so blessed!

 Stella was just watching her brother the whole time or asleep!  

 Cavin ate the whole GF Waffle!!  he loved it! 

 Its blurry but I had to hurry and take a picture of Stella smiling in her dreams! 

 Cavin was so excited about his net and his Train he didn't even want to open any more presents!

We shopped at the DI for Cavin and Stella and didn't spend a lot of money, as we don't have a ton to spare, but cavin and Stella didn't know any different and they loved every present!!  We honestly had a great Christmas and opening a 50 cent net and 50 cent drill was Cavin's high light.  I made Cavin and Stella a home made gift and that gave me a special love, I love to sew and I loved sewing something for the loves of my life!

Christmas is just around the corner and we have tried really hard to do all the things we can to get in the spirit of Christmas!  We visited Santa and Cavin was so excited until he sat on his lap then he just looked at us like what am I doing on this crazy guys lap!  he didn't cry but he didn't smile either!
we don't have a fireplace or a place to hang our stockings so we went into the canyon and found a branch to hang our stockings with.

Cavin helped me wrap presents, really he just unwrapped presents, until I found a box for him and told him I'm shipping him to papa's and grammy and he got right in!  

 Cavin and I made snow flakes for his room and we hung them up! he loves to look at them before his nap time!

 We went to my parents ward Christmas party which Cavin loved watching the cute girls sing and dance!

 We of course had to go tot he mall to see Santa!

 We took a Family Drive to Willard Bay to see the Christmas lights, Cavin loved it!  he couldn't stop looking at all the lights so much so that we drove those it twice!!  it was a great night!

We goat little snow so we went out as a family and played in it!

 I swear I do things with our family but I'm always behind the camera instead of in front on it! but I did pull Cavin and Marcus around on the sled!  After I got too cold Marcus pulled the bike out and they rode around for a long time!

 We do 25 Christmas books and read one every day!  This is dad rocking and reading our sweet babies to sleep!

 A few days before Christmas we got dumped with about a foot of snow and we built a snow man!  Cavin thought is was pretty cool!  * side note this was made before 8 AM! We where a little excited!  

Christmas Sunday was a Special day, I always love Christmas but as I held Stella in my arms signing songs about Baby Jesus, I just got tears in my eyes,  I'm so glad we can celebrate, Jesus Christ.  As a mom I've been thinking a lot of how I can really teach my kids the true meaning of Christmas, I know it's fun to get gifts.  Its fun to give but the true Christmas is to celebrate Jesus Christ.  Marcus and I have been really trying to come up with traditions and ideas to remember Christ.

Stella is a month old

One month has come and gone, I hate how fast it goes, I love love the newborn stage but I also love seeing my kids grow.  I have decided the second baby is so hard because I know what's coming and get so excited, smiles, giggles, recognizing mom and dad, sleeping longer…(wink wink), and so much more so it's hard to just enjoy the moments now!  I love every stage I really do, some are just easier then others!  Now having Cavin talk and tell me what he wants and needs and knowing his schedule, what he likes and doesn't like a newborn seems so much harder, not knowing if she's tired or hungry or doesn't feel good.  We are getting her on a good 3 hour schedule and it makes my life so much easier, she has really worked herself into a good schedule and now has a good awake time in the morning and in the evening.  she is waking up every 3 hours at night to eat but sleeping better.  She made her first 5 our patch last night so that was great!  Sadly it was a one time deal!  

Stella is still a happy good baby!  Cavin still loves her and loves to help with her.  He even likes to share his toys with her! I think he gets upset she can't play back.  Soon Cavin soon!

We where so lucky to have good friend of ours come and take pictures of our special day, the birth of our sweet girl!  Did I mention she's an amazing photographer!!  talk about lucky, I looked though the hundreds of pictures and got teary eyed because I felt like I was there again,  what a perfect day!  I LOVE my little girl and my super amazing supportive husband!
