July in West Virginia

I'm kind of behind in my blogging!!  Only a month!! haha but here's what we've been up to!  (they didn't upload in order and it's too much work so this is JULY)

 In Fairmont they have this awesome splash pad and Cavin loves it and stella liked it the second time around! I think it was hot enough for her to like it!  

 Have you ever seen the movie "We bought a Zoo" well this zoo is just like it!  We went to this family owned zoo here about 30 minutes away and it was pretty fun, we got to feed the animals and everyone except Cavin thought that was so cool. He kept saying they are going to bite me.  so I don't know where he learned that or picked it up but he loved to look at them but no interest in feeding them!  

 can you tell I loved the bears!!  I just couldn't get over how close we where to them!

 These little guys are marcus' favorite!  They looked super weird to me!

 Our friends had a cook out at Coopers Rock state park and we had a great time!  we made hot dogs and Cavin just wanted to eat his right off the stick!  kind of funny that boy!

 Stella is just so happy to sit and EAT!  

 We got back late from the cook out so it was kind of getting dark, (since cavin is usually in bed around 730, 830 was dark!)  so we got the sparklers out and Cavin was in heaven!!  he loved to hold them and watch them burn!

 There was a motorcycle parade in town and we went and Cavin loved it!  Stella wasn't too sure about all the noise but neither of them cried so I thought that was great!  

 More sparklers!  Actually this was Cavin's first time!  notice it's like 4 in the afternoon so not a lot of sparkler! 

 I manly just like this picture because you can see Cavin's poor eye.  I feel so bad. Cavin may be active and busy but I just love him so much and hate to see him get hurt, he is so fun and happy all the time and this move has been hard on him and I just feel so sad, but he just isn't the normal Cavin and I can tell he's having a hard time and I'm trying everything I can think of to help him and love him but he's just not himself. He's scared every night he's super clingy and he keeps getting hurt and it's breaking my heart.  

 Before my mom left we took her to coopers rock, we loved it when we come out to visit we went so thought it'd be fun with her too.  it was and it was so pretty!

 such a beautiful place! When I see places like this I just get so much peace and feel my heavenly Fathers love for me!

 I can't thank my mom enough for coming out and helping us so much! she is my hero and I love her more then anything!  I don't know how we would have done it with out her!

 We have been trying to take Cavin to do fun things and special things so he knows we are here for him and love him. so we went to the community pool!  he loved it!  it was a cold day and started to rain so we didn't stay long but it was still fun!

 Stella likes to stand!! she is getting so big!!  she pulls herself up on everything and thinks she is just so big!! I kind of think she is the cutest and her funny smiles!!

 Now that stella is strong and sturdy we love talking baths with Cavin!! They are best friends and love the tub!!

 West Virginia gets a lot of RAIN!!  and Cavin loves to play in it!   (and eat it!)

 and splash in it!

 and stomp in it!

 and dance in it!

 and climb in it!

 and make mud in it!

 and play Trucks in it!

 and of course sit in it!

 We have been looking on line for all the things we can do in WV and we found this place with Waterfalls and since I love waterfalls we went!

 The big ones where a long hike and it was muddy and the kids where tired so that will be next time!

 Have I mentioned lately I love these two!!!  They are my everything!! 

 I love them more and more everyday!!  I love their laughs and smiles.  They are all I need and I'm a happy momma!!  (and Marcus, he's kind of a big deal!)

 Cavin has decided he wants to potty train and I'm all for it!!  we are kind of busy still so doing the half and half right now but once Marcus starts school and we're home more we're going to do it full time!!  

 He does it for the worms!!
