Dentist

I had to go to the dentist today and not to work but to get worked on.....  man I have NEVER been soo numb in all my life! It wasn't all that bad except the fact I can't eat lunch cause I can't feel half my face still!  It was so funny cause little JaMarcus was moving and turning and just wasn't so sure what was going on.  It was kind of fun time though cause I had nothing to do or really think about so I just tried to picture him in my belly and he was doing flips and kept hitting his bum and head on me so I'd feel him rolling!!  I love it! I love these moments.   I just can't believe May is just around the corner!
Marcus and I got to babysit last night for a little girl in our ward and it was soo fun!!  it was so special because it was so real, I was making dinner and Marcus was studying/playing teaching her about her joints and quizzing her on her body parts.  Marcus kept asking me is this normal, to the things she'd do.  I just said yep!!  He is a great dad already and I can't wait to see what he's like with his little boy!  They just laughed together and he got her so wired up and just laughing it was such a party.  After she left we talked and he asked do you think that's what it'll be like everyday?  I said yeah give or take a little.  He seemed pleasantly happy.  She was a really smart girl and just loved to read books and count so it was fun and super easy.
The past couple days I'm just so excited to be a mom, I know there are hard days and times but I just feel this is my true calling in life!  I've dreamed for almost 27 years of being a wife and mother!
Yesterday I read a great article in the Ensign about parenting called "Helping without Hovering" I thought it was a great article.  I just got more excited about being a mom!  I have a lot to learn but I'm so ready for the new adventure!!
2 More days til our little spring break trip!!!  woot woot I'm sooo excited!
